Grain Shed Lunch Pop-Up at Wildland

Friends! Announcing an absolutely delicious afternoon... join us for a FALL LUNCH POP-UP at Wildland with food crafted by The Grain Shed chef Toby Carroll. Saturday, October 26th, 3pm - 5pm • Toby will be cooking up a menu of Grain Shed classics on toast featuring the freshest flavors (some straight from our Wildland farm)! Menu is subject to change and food will be available while supplies last.

The Grain Shed is a worker-owned cooperative in Spokane, Washington, which uses regenerative ingredients to produce beer and bread.
Toby Carroll has worked in restaurant kitchens for 30 years. He is currently a worker-owner and manager at The Grain Shed. He is an avid reader, runner and cyclist. He lives on the South Hill in Spokane with his wife, Rachel, and their very handsome dog, Harry.

Grain Shed Lunch Pop-Up at Wildland

Saturday, September 21st, 3pm - 5pm • Toby will be cooking up a menu of Grain Shed classics on toast featuring the freshest flavors (some straight from our Wildland farm)! Menu is subject to change and food will be available while supplies last.

The fun doesn't stop there as Saturday also marks our FRESH HOP Collab Beer Release Party. Join us for the first pints of our '100 Lucky Pennies' West Coast IPA brewed with 100% CENTennial fresh hops. Made in collaboration with our beer buddies at The Grain Shed and Black Label Brewing • and attention! all HOME BREWERS: we have fresh hops growing on our back deck! Feel free to harvest as many as you'd like on Saturday for your fresh hop creations.
